Disco Dawn uses The Courier Guy to send items from our store in Durban to street addresses within South Africa. For international destinations, please contact us and we will quote you separately for shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Time Frames and Charges
Delivery charges are for the account of the customer. Delivery costs are set at R200.00 for deliveries within South Africa only. For any deliveries outside South Africa, we will be required to quote separately based on your area.

Delivery time frames are as follow:
*Central Durban and surrounds 3 to 4 working days
*National (all major cities) 4 to 5 working days
*Regional (all other areas) 5 to 6 working days

For international shipments, we will try our best to deliver between 6-7 working days provided there are no custom delays. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility.

Disco Dawn may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

We are only able to refund you the value of the items purchased and not the shipping costs.

Step 2: Enter your parcel waybill number.

Step 3: Click ‘View details’ and see exactly where your parcel is, including a scanned signature on receipt.
